Maggie Rabenberg

Maggie serves as the regional operations director for North American camps. She worked and led camps for Sparks for two years and managed social media for the brand prior to assuming regional director role, whereby she is responsible for camp and staff organization during the school year along with managing the communications team at Sparks.

Maggie holds two masters degrees - one in education focused on secondary education and teaching and another in strategic communications. Maggie is passionate about student athlete development on and off the water, and brings that passion into driving staff organization and messaging throughout the year.

Maggie is also currently a Division I rowing coach at Loyola Maryland and has previous coaching experience at North Park University, La Salle University, and multiple programs for high school athletes including Community Rowing Incorporated in Boston.
