Becca Carlton

Becca brings a vast amount of knowledge and experience to Sparks. She was a student athlete at Lewis and Clark College, where she was named Woman of the Year, then coaching at Wellesley College, University of Minnesota, Stanford University, and the University of California Berkeley. Becca has developed deep relationships with other coaches and rowing programs across the country. Having been ‘on the other side’ Becca has a passion for helping student athletes navigate the recruiting process and college selection, which she understands can oftentimes be confusing and overwhelming.
