Introductory Collegiate Camps
Mission: To provide perspective to athletes via the setting, program, and variety of educators available and inspire a deeper connection with rowing.
Average Age & Experience: 14-15 & 1 year
Staff to Athlete Ratio: 1:5
Length & Size: 4 days & 60-45 athletes
Admissions Process: None
Challenge Camps
Mission: To intensively train athletes in key areas of rowing development (coxing, racing, small boats, exercise science, mindfulness, etc.) while exploring their personal relationship with performance.
Average Age & Experience: 15-17 & 1-2 years
Staff to Athlete Ratio: 1:4 & 1:3
Length & Size: 4 days to 2 weeks & 24-12 athletes; excepting Cambridge (45)

Mission: To provide supportive opportunities for athletes to challenge themselves in their relationship with rowing performance so they might learn to coach themselves in a more poised, refined manner in rowing - and in life.
